Information on property maintenance violations can be found in the Farragut Municipal Code, Chapter 14 - NUISANCES AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. Examples of property maintenance violations include: 

  • Overgrown weeds or grass (exceeding 12 inches in height)
  • Accumulation of garbage, junk, or litter
  • Inoperable or unregistered vehicles stored on a property
  • Exterior of home not being maintained
