Introduction to Farragut

Introduction to Farragut is a unique way to connect participants with the Town, providing information on its history, government structure and operations, public safety, education, and volunteer opportunities.

The 2018 program kicked off with a reception at the Farragut Town Hall on Wednesday, August 15. Classes were held at Town Hall on the following Wednesdays: August 29, September 12, October 3, October 17, and November 7.
Class participants also donated more than 53 hours of their time at the Farragut Primary School for the class volunteer project and had the opportunity to go on a Tour of the Town with Town Administrator David Smoak. The program wrapped up with a graduation dinner on November 14.
