Beer Permit Process

Beer Permit Process:

  1. Obtain a Beer Permit Application from the Office of the Finance Director / Town Recorder or click here to print the application
  2. Apply for any building and/or sign permits needed through the Planning & Codes Office
  3. Return the completed Beer Permit Application to the Farragut Town Hall, located at 11408 Municipal Center Drive, Farragut, TN 37934, at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled Beer Board meeting
  4. Pay the $250.00 non-refundable fee
  5. Background investigation conducted by the Knox County Sheriff's Department
  6. Building inspection completed of premises
  7. Representative or applicant present at the Beer Board meeting
  8. Prorated privilege beer tax payable when license is approved
