The human resources department oversees recruitment, benefits, employee risk management and employee health and safety for the Town.
The Town offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision and dental coverage, life insurance, a 401(k), long-term disability and flexible spending accounts.
There are six departments within the Town: Administration, Community Development, Engineering, Human Resources, Parks & Recreation, and Public Works. Each department offers training and education opportunities for staff members to encourage growth and development.
