Citizens Request

The Town of Farragut appreciates your concern for the community. Some common concerns are garbage/rubbish on properties, high grass or weeds, inoperable and/or unlicensed motor vehicle, and drainage issues. Please note that all concerns are subject to public record. The Town of Farragut can not file any concerns that are left anonymously.

The citizens request portion of the website is not monitored on the weekend or after hours. There may be an occasional time during the year that the citizens request portion of the website can not be checked due to personal leave. However, the Town of Farragut will answer your concern in a timely manner. The procedure for common concerns is below.

1. Email or call the Town of Farragut with your concern.

2. The Town of Farragut staff will assign your concern to the appropriate department.

3. The first letter or email you receive will include a incident number and a brief explanation to inform you know that your concern was filed.

4. The next letter, email, or phone call will be to inform you of any updates to your original concern or that your concern has been completed.
