Building & Codes

The Building and Codes Enforcement staff is primarily responsible for the enforcement of the adopted building, plumbing, gas/mechanical, housing, swimming pool and fire codes through Commercial and Residential Plans Review and building inspections. They also are responsible for issuing building permits. The Building and Codes side of Community Development staffs the Board of Plumbing and Gas/Mechanical Examiners and the Municipal Court.
