  1. Postponed - "Farragut at Forty: Celebrating 40 Years of History" Exhibit

    A new Farragut Museum exhibit will open to the public on Thursday, April 2. “Farragut at Forty: Celebrating 40 Years of History” will include photos, newspaper articles and artifacts that tell the story of the Town through the years. The Farragut Museum, located at Farragut Town Hall, is open 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and admission is always free. Keith McDaniel, who produced the video “A History of Concord and Farragut” in 2018, has been commissioned by the Town of Farragut to create a new video chronicling the founding of the Town. The video will be available for purchase at the museum when the new exhibit opens. The video will premiere during a special invitation-only event that includes a sneak peek at the new exhibit on Wednesday, April 1. Want to be invited?   3. Co-Ed Lunch Break Basketball Open Gym

    May 6, 2020, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Farragut Community Center

    Participants must be aged 18+. Cost: $2 per person, per session. During open gym hours, the gym is on the challenge court system. Games are played to 15 baskets, winning by two baskets; games can’t be won on a 3-point shot. Bring your own ball; limited balls available for checkout.

  4. Intermediate Pickleball Lessons

    May 6, 2020, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM @ Farragut Community Center

    Registration deadline: Friday, May 1. Instructor: Patrick Fox, tennis instructor for 15 years, previously ranked #6 nationally in pickleball men’s singles, and avid tournament player. These lessons are for players who can serve and rally consistently and are looking to take their game and strategy to the next level. Session is limited to 12 participants to allow for personalized instruction. Please wear non-marking tennis shoes or sneakers. All pickleball equipment is provided, but you may bring your own.

    Participants must be aged 15+. Cost: $2 per person, per session. Grab your friends and come bump, set, spike. During open gym hours, the gym is on the challenge court system. Games are played to 15 points using rally scoring. Bring your own ball; nets provided.
