Town is now accepting applications for February quilt show

The Town of Farragut will host a quilt show, “Beautiful World – One Quilt at a Time,” the weekend of Feb. 15-16, 2019. Applications will be accepted through Jan. 18, 2019. The show is open to all quilters, not just Farragut residents.

The Farragut Museum and the Arts and Beautification Committee will assist with the show, which showcases the exceptional work of East Tennessee quilters. The show is held at Farragut Town Hall every third year.

Quilts do not have to be the work of the applicant, but must be original, rather than store-bought. There are no restrictions on size or technique. Entry forms must be submitted for each quilt, and entries must be delivered to Town Hall. Quilts must be available for the show from Feb. 11-17.

Applications are available here and at Town Hall, 11408 Municipal Center Drive. For a list of important dates, click here. For more information, contact Brittany Spencer at or 218-3378.

Incorporated in 1980, the Town of Farragut has top schools, safe neighborhoods and high development standards, making it one of the best places to live in the Southeast.
