Estate Planning Class Offered by Town of Farragut

Nothing is certain but death and taxes. The good news is that a well-crafted estate plan can prepare you for both. With that in mind, the Town of Farragut is offering a free class, “The Good, the Not So Bad, & the Ugly in Estate Planning and Probate,” 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 16, at Farragut Town Hall, 11408 Municipal Center Drive.

Instructors Keith Alley, Victoria Tillman and Patrick McKenrick will discuss the mechanics of modern estate planning, advantages and disadvantages of trusts, and how probate really works. Register by Friday, Oct. 13, at, in person at Town Hall or by phone (218-3375).
