The Town of Farragut Needs Your Help on New Strategic Plan

Farragut community – we need to hear from you! In an effort to collect feedback on new mission and vision statements, as well as several critical success factors, the Town of Farragut is hosting two community meetings and asking for input via an online survey.

The meetings are at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 28, and at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29. The format will be a roundtable discussion and pizza will be served.

The survey is available at Farragut residents are welcome to both attend the meetings and complete the survey. Results will be collected through Wednesday, Aug. 30.

The Town is working with Novak Consulting Group to update its strategic plan for the next decade. The updated mission and vision statements and critical success factors are part of that effort.

“It has been six years since our current strategic plan’s goals and objectives have been reviewed,” says Town Administrator David Smoak. “Updating our strategic plan allows the town to review what we have accomplished over the past six years, but more importantly, identify areas of focus for the Town over the next 10 years that are critical for us to continue to be a vibrant and successful community.”
