Board of Mayor and Aldermen to discuss Impact Fee on April 25

The Town of Farragut will hold a Board of Mayor and Aldermen workshop on the Impact Fee Study at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, at Farragut Town Hall.


The study focuses on the development of a formula that could be used to calculate impact fees on future development within the Town. If implemented, the fees will subsidize the cost of maintaining and/or improving roads in accordance with adopted standards. 


The workshop will include a review of the study, its implications and public discussion on the merits of implementing an impact fee program. No formal action will be taken at the workshop. The study is available at www.townoffarragut.org/impactfeestudy.
