Eating for Healthy Aging Class at Farragut Town Hall

It’s never too late to make healthy changes, like eating better and getting active. With that in mind, the Town of Farragut will host a free class, Eating for Healthy Aging, at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 24, at Farragut Town Hall--11408 Municipal Center Drive.

Instructor Jennifer Aramburo, a Walgreens pharmacy manager, will address such questions as:

  • What, and how much, do senior adults need to eat?
  • How do I read nutrition labels?
  • Which key nutrients are most often overlooked?
  • Where do I find reliable nutrition information?

A light lunch will be provided. Register by Friday, April 21 at, in person at the Town Hall or by phone (218-3375).
