Farragut Treasure Hunt yields fun and prizes for online participants

Shop Farragut and the Town of Farragut are once again teaming up with Farragut businesses for an exciting - and rewarding - online contest that will showcase the Town's diverse shopping and dining options!

To join the Farragut Treasure Hunt, participants must visit the Town of Farragut Facebook page and click the "going" button on the Farragut Treasure Hunt event. At 10 a.m. on Monday, July 29, three clues for a local business will be posted on the event page. Those who solve the riddle and visit the location during business hours will be rewarded with a welcome prize. Clues for three other businesses will be posted at 10 a.m. on the following three days for a total of four treasure-hunting opportunities.

The largest bounty awaits those who visit all four businesses and post a picture of themselves at each location to the Farragut Treasure Hunt event page with the hashtag #farraguttreasurehunt. A grand prize and two runner-up prizes will be awarded, via a random drawing, to participants who post from all four businesses. Winners garner these glittering goods:

Grand Prize: .5 ct. diamond stud earrings with 14 kt. gold setting in white or yellow from Rick Terry Jewelry Designs, Yeti cooler from Elliott's Boots, Lifestyle dining discount card from HIS Security, LLC,four weeks of free unlimited classes, water bottle and more from Neighborhood Barre Farragut, four glass tumblers, four cocktail glasses and two ceramic soup cups from HomeTrust Bank, 10 class pack from Blue Ridge Yoga, pint glasses, umbrella and a sunshade from Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union, Aircell PCM pillows ($200 value) from MLILY USA, two Zalads and two big Zack meals from Zaxby's, 30 days free for winner and a friend at Burn Boot Camp/7R Fitness, steak knife gift basket from Longhorn Steakhouse of Farragut, a Starbucks gift card, $100 gift certificate to Farragut Dental Studio, two mugs, four coffee packs and three brunch bucks from First Watch, a $50 gift certificate to The Consignment Shoppe at Campbell Station, a birthday party for 10 at Sir Goony's Family Fun Center and a $10 off a $30 purchase gift certificate from CH Interiors & Gifts.

Only the first 100 treasure hunters who visit each location will receive a welcome prize, but participants may visit locations anytime, and in any order, during business hours through 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3. The prize drawing will take place on Monday, Aug. 5, and winners will be announced on Facebook Tuesday, Aug. 6.
