“No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.”  (Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964)

Filing a Title VI Discrimination Complaint

To file a discrimination complaint, please fill out the Title VI Complaint Form.  Any discrimination complaint should be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination with:
